As a wildlife conservationist, I'm often immersed in nature, but I recognized the need for a little gastronomic adventure during my recent stay at the Astoria Hotel in Mumbai. The location is unbeatable, with vibrant spots like Marine Drive just a five-minute stroll away. The hotel's restaurant offers a comfortable and warm ambiance, perfect for any meal of the day. I particularly enjoyed exploring the range of healthy and light cuisine influenced by Indian flavors-think refreshing salads paired with delightful Indian dishes. The buffet spread was what you'd expect from a quality establishment, though a few more hot options at breakfast would have been a welcome addition. I was impressed by the attentive staff, including Mr Gonsalves, who went above and beyond to arrange a special cake for Mother's Day for my family. It's this sort of personal touch that can transform a dining experience. I can't wait to return for another immersive experience!
